We offer a wide range of courses to help you develop and progress as a paddler.  We offer everything from the Personal Skills Awards, through to leadership, Safety, Instructor and Coach Awards.

PERSONAL SKILLS

We offer a range of British Canoeing Personal Performance awards, to give frameworks towards your learning.  Using the Start, Discover and Explore awards, we will equip you with the knowledge, skills, risk awareness and logistic planning to be competent as a group member or paddle with peers with confidence.  Our courses are underpinned by the "Fundamentals" of paddleport to help learn skills to succeed. 

On from there we offer the Personal Performance and Progressive Performance Awards in Kayak, Canoe and SUP, along with all the touring awards.

SAFETY AND RESCUE COURSES

Staying safe whilst paddling will add to your enjoyment and and confidence.



We offer the Paddlesport Safety and Rescue Course (PSRC), Open Water Safety & Rescue ( OWSR).

LEADERSHIP

Drawn from years of experience guiding and leading in kayaks, canoes and SUPs, we feel we are in a great position to offer these courses, which go way beyond the syllabus.  We pride ourselves on giving you full support from training through to  assessment.

COACH AND INSTRUCTOR AWARDS

We offer both the Instructor and the Coach Award.
The Paddlesport Instructor Award is a great entry into the coaching system of British Canoeing.  For anyone age 14 years of age or older, and at Explore standard.
We also offer the Coach Core, DSTs and Assessment courses.  When booking with us, what makes us unique is we can offer you lots of opportunities to coach groups through your development.  We really believe in providing a long term development pathway on your coaching journey.
