Of course our firm beliefs are that training will set you up for a successful assessment.  We can tailor training to your needs, maybe starting with a day looking at your personal skills, or looking at leadership strategies, for you to then go and consolidate skills.  You could maybe come back in a few months for further training or mentoring.  The choice is yours, drop us an email and lets work out a plan.

We will have plenty of options coming in 2021.  Generally we will advertise 2 day courses as these fit with peoples work schedules, but we are really keen to tailor these to individuals.

Assessments are now one day.  Ratio is 2 candidates to one assessor.  The assessment will not only look at your leadership and rescue skills, but also your planning, communication and venue knowledge.  You will plan and run the entire day, demonstrating your knowledge of appropriate venues, profiling and selecting suitable leadership strategies.
